Dear FINatics,
Since March, we have been working tirelessly to get Walleye hockey back to the Huntington Center. You have been with us every step of the way, showing your support, flexibility, and most of all your understanding. The pandemic has lasted longer than any of us could have imagined and these upcoming months are critical.
The ECHL Board of Governors, in conjunction with the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, extended the start date until February for Toledo and Fort Wayne. The remaining teams, Cincinnati, Kalamazoo, and Idaho chose to suspend play for the 2020-21 season.
While the date has moved, we are prepared to start the season with COVID-19 procedures and protocols in place, including social distancing and reduced seating. When arena capacities are finalized and a game schedule is confirmed, you will receive information from your consultant on how ticket distribution will work.
We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge how much you have going on and the obstacles you are juggling in your daily life. At this time FINatics have the opportunity to pause your membership for the 2020-21 season. It would work like this:
- PAUSE MEMBERSHIP: Your game plan will be paused. We will hold everything for you- seat location, ticket price, and status. It will all rollover to the 2021-22 season and your credit kept on account for 2021 renewal.
Please fill out the form to let us know if you plan to pause your membership. We will continue to update you on the season. Stay safe. We are here for you and together we will get through this.
Go Walleye!
